TERMS AND CONDITIONSBy commissioning me, you are stating that you have read and agreed to these terms.Basic ToS:
Payment expected within 48 hrs of the commission being completed unless agreed otherwise.
Paypal only for GBP
Artwork cannot be claimed as your own
No refunds once the work on the commission has begun.SECTION I. IMAGE COPYRIGHT1. I retain full rights to the original artwork.
2. Conditions for Reposting
The client has my permission to repost the artwork wherever they would like.
3. Prohibited Actions
Use my artwork as references for your own, whether tracing or re-purposing parts of the image.
Claiming the artwork as your own.
5. If these terms are broken, you will be privately blacklisted from commissioning me again.SECTION II. PAYMENT1. I accept payment GBP, only via PayPal invoice.
2. You will be given 48 hours to send payment after your commission has been completed. If payment isnt sent within this time frame, the commission will be cancelled and/ or you’ll be privately blacklisted from commissioning again.
3. Refund Policy
If the commission is cancelled (by me or the client) before work has started, then the client will receive a full refund.
refunds will not be given if the commission is started.
No refunds will be given for completed commissions.
I reserves the right to cancel a commission at anytime, for any reason.
If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it, a full refund will be given.SECTION III. CONTACT AND COMMUNICATION1. Discussion of commissions can be conducted via DeviantArt Note or Twitter / discord message (Stellar#9472)
Client must provide one clear visual reference; supplementing it with any important information I may need to know to correctly draw the character.
If giving multiple reference images, preface which ones are most accurate so I can depict the design with as little error as possible.SECTION IV. WILL/WON'T DRAW1. Below is a general guideline for what I will or will not draw. Please keep my art style in mind when ordering; i specialise in highly stylised cartoon characters and things that are outside my comfort zone might not be as high of quality as something I am used to doing.
2. Allowed Content
Anthropomorphic characters,
Animals,
Humans,
Robots / mechs,
Armour,
Blood / minor gore,
Suggestive content
3. Disallowed Content
Characters intended to be or appearing underage in any sexual or suggestive context.
Overtly fetishised content
Any sort of hateful content, such as racism, transphobia, homophobia, etc. I reserve the right to decline a commission if I am uncomfortable with any offensive themes.
5. You must be over the age of 18 to commission any slightly suggestive content..SECTION V. WORKFLOW PROCESS1. I am happy to match a scene or pose that you have in mind, but please allow and expect some variation.
2. I will not replicate the style of another artist (commercial franchises are excluded)
4. Estimated date of completion. If there are any delays in completion of a commission, I will personally notify the customer.
Completion of most commissions are generally estimated to take no more than 2 weeks. If for any reason I cannot complete a commission within 90 days of ordering, I will issue a full refund.
5. Once the commission is accepted, I will begin the commission process. I will first send a sketch of the piece and progress is paused until approval is given.
6. Any major changes or revisions must be made at this stage; this includes any significant changes to a character’s pose or body shape, or redrawing parts of the image.
After the sketch has been approved, no major edits or changes will be made.
* If I make any errors in the character design, I will make these edits at no additional cost.
7. If you do not want me to post your commission online, you must tell me when you order.Feel free to ask any questions!
COMMISSION PROCESS

I am open to private commissions so please tell me if you’d be comfortable with the commission being posted publically / uses in portfolio pieces, or if you’d like it to not be public until a certain date! You can request the commission to be private at any time!I’ll then ask for your PayPal email so I can send an invoice.For commissions over £20 I allow partial payment, where you can pay 50% upfront and then pay the rest after the commission is finished!Once that’s taken care of, I’ll start the commission at the earliest convenience. (Please keep in mind I may have multiple other commissions to complete so this may not be immediate) You’ll then receive a sketch to give any changes, critiques etc! Once the sketch is approved, I’ll complete the commission. You can request updates any time during this stage!Once everything’s finished and approved, if applicable, I’ll ask you to send the remainder of the payment for the commission and then I will email you all the files necessary!

Procreate for smaller commissions, ClipStudio Paint and CapCut for videos!

Can I use my commission for commercial use?
No, unless otherwise agreed upon. Commercial rights may also come with an extra fee. Feel free to ask any questions!
Can I use your art as my profile picture / phone background?
You can do this for personal / fan art! But if it is a commission / art that now belongs to some one else (including adoptables), then no.
*Could I get insert closed commission service? *
The services in my prices page should have whether they’re open or closed or not. Unfortunately I can’t offer commissions that I don’t have time to complete in a timely fashion, so those services are off limits until further notice.
Do you take private commissions?
Yes! Just tell me when you’re detailing the commission and I’m happy to keep it off social media!

ABOUT REFERENCES:
Reference just means any accurate pre-existing images of your character that show all/ important parts of the design! The reference needed can depend on the commission EX: if you only have a head reference and you’re getting an icon/ head shot that’s fine! But I can’t draw anything that’s not shown in the reference, so I’d need more if you’re getting a full body piece.Keep in mind that if you give a visual reference that is curated by A.I, the reference may contain errors / mistakes and may be confusing. I’ll ask about any details that may be confusing, but the final product may not be completely accurate to the reference.Sometimes A.I makes impossible/non nonsensical objects, so I may have to design those elements myself, which may incur an extra fee, depending on the time it takes to design
